Introduction

Founded in 2017 by visionary architect Anies Chaudhary, Apex Home Design & Builders began as a small, family-run operation with a big dream: to create homes that don't just shelter families, but inspire them.

What started as a two-person team working out of a garage has grown into one of the most respected residential construction firms in Morang, completing over 250 custom homes and major renovations.

Today, we continue to uphold our founding principles of integrity, innovation, and impeccable craftsmanship, while embracing cutting-edge technology and sustainable building practices.

Our Mission

To create exceptional living spaces that blend innovative design, sustainable practices, and impeccable craftsmanship, while exceeding our clients' expectations at every stage.

Our Vision

To redefine luxury living by creating homes that are not just structures, but sustainable sanctuaries that enhance quality of life and stand as testaments to architectural excellence.
